Umesh Pratap Singh is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 11 years of experience in hyper-growth start-ups and agency environments. He has played a significant role in recruiting for engineering and business roles, contributing to the development and scaling of several technology-driven software product start-ups and mid-sized brands. Currently working as a Recruiting Sergeant at ClevrHyk, Umesh is responsible for building a strong talent pipeline and hiring top talent for the organization. In his previous role as Manager - Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement at Hevo Data, he collaborated with hiring managers and stakeholders on hiring plans and strategies, built proactive pipelines, and monitored and measured development areas and performance reviews.
